One of the most important things that we try to stress to our patients is trying to achieve what their goal is as far as the treatment by being as conservative as we can. You know sometimes patients come in and they have a friend that has done a smile makeover and it took 8, 12, you know 14 veneers to be able to accomplish that. We try to do our best to individualize their treatments so that maybe we can get away with doing six veneers or sometimes one veneer to accomplish what their major concern is as far as their smile. I think we have had really good success with that and again educating the patient and letting him know what we can achieve, showing them before and after pictures of cases that we have done, that we have done on one tooth. I mean really corrected a malposition of that single tooth and we have made the patient extremely happy. Whether it be in the front of the mouth or the back of the mouth, we do strive to make everything as aesthetic as possible. We always use tooth color restorations whether they be composite bonding or porcelain restorations. We found that that bonding will increase the strength that gives incredible aesthetics, good life to the restorations, and the patients have been incredibly happy with them.
