I think one of the most powerful aspects of our office is just the overall family environment, the family feel of the office. It is a very caring environment and I think that is one of the keys to our success and I think that is why patients tell friends about our office. And when you really care then I think that is what really allows you to do good dentistry. Another aspect of our new patient experience is a two-hour appointment. In that two-hour period really give the time to be able to answer any questions that the patient may have. It is a very very comprehensive appointment. We are able to take all the x-rays. We take intraoral pictures. Basically, all the information we need to be able to educate our patients on what is going on in their mouth. It is not a rushed appointment. I think that they really appreciate that time that we allot to them. I know it sounds, you know, like a lot of time when they schedule the appointment but I think when they are here and they see everything that transgresses through that appointment, they appreciate it when they leave.
